Ground garlic (Peruvian recipe)

Total time: 40 minutes. Quantity: 4 persons.

For our great dressings.

Garlic is one of the most used and appreciated condiments when it comes to seasoning and spicing the meals we prepare. It is extracted from a plant called Liliaceae, whose fruit are the cloves of these (known as bulbs), and which are widely used for stewing, seasoning, curing minor illnesses, and often consumed naturally. Garlic is the sauce that accompanies most of the cuisines in the world; this is due to the fact that garlic contains a "strong smell" whose properties provide a characteristic flavor, to highlight the flavor. In Peru, its use has become essential, that is why it is never missing in any meal, and is present in all our dressings.

  2. To begin with the shake until transforming it into a thick cream, and we happen to conserve it inside a clean, and suitable container.
  3. It is usual to prepare the right amount for each food preparation. And finally let's make sure that our cream is well, or at its point (that it has the right texture as shown in the photo).

Note: If we add a lot of water to the crushed garlic; we will be making the cream less thick. It is advisable to use a small amount of water.
