The Radish Salad is a way to consume our vegetables, and serve as an accompaniment to our meals. The preparation of this salad is really easy to make, and you do not need a list of ingredients to stress us. Today we propose you to consume this salad, with many benefits for your health.

Ensalada de Rabanito (Recipes peruvian).

Ingredients:

  • A quarter of fresh radishes or in good condition.
  • 5 lemons squeezed in juice.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Umami seasoning.
  • Lettuce leaves which is optional.

Recipe procedure:

  • Wash each ingredient in the best way, then cut each radish, removing all the remains that may hinder its cutting.
  • The same happens with the lettuce leaf, which should be washed well.
  • After this, cut each radish in the shape of small and thin "oysters". 
  • On a bowl, add the radishes already cut, together with the lettuce cut in long and thin strips; then proceed to add the lemon juice. 
  • Season and add salt to taste.

The Radish Salad is a way to consume our vegetables.


Note: You can use lettuce in this preparation, but this is optional. You can use other homemade ingredients to vary your salad.
