Ingredients:
- A quarter of fresh radishes or in good condition.
- 5 lemons squeezed in juice.
- Salt to taste.
- Umami seasoning.
- Lettuce leaves which is optional.
Recipe procedure:
- Wash each ingredient in the best way, then cut each radish, removing all the remains that may hinder its cutting.
- The same happens with the lettuce leaf, which should be washed well.
- After this, cut each radish in the shape of small and thin "oysters".
- On a bowl, add the radishes already cut, together with the lettuce cut in long and thin strips; then proceed to add the lemon juice.
- Season and add salt to taste.
