Encebollado de atún con papas (Peruvian recipes).

Ingredients:

  • One canned tuna.
  • A quarter of a kilogram of white potato, cut in half.
  • 2 large onions, and cut into long strips.
  • 10 lemons squeezed and in good condition.
  • Umami seasoning (for flavor).
  • Salt to taste.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Cook the potatoes in a pot with water and boil them until they are boiled. Once cooked, let them cool, then peel them and cut them in half.
  2. Add the onion over a bowl, to wash and soak with water. After that, let it rest.
  3. On a bowl we add the canned tuna, and we obtain all the content that exists in the can.
  4. Finally, mix with the chopped onion, and add the lemon juice. Taste the flavor, and if it lacks salt, add it.
  5. If we have pickles, we can remove the spicy seeds, and cut it in circles, to add in our preparation of Tuna.
  6. Serve the potatoes on a plate, and then add the tuna preparation, and decorate it according to your style and creativity.
