There is a cocktail, which is perfect for these seasons, and that its preparation should not be overlooked, and this is the Chilcano sour, it is a cocktail of pleasant and refreshing taste that will make us unique this summer. Its preparation consists of a small list of ingredients, and to prepare it we do not need to be a great professional.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of Pisco.
  • 1 ounce of lime juice.
  • Ice cubes.
  • Angostura bitters.
  • Ginller ale.


Procedure of the drink.

  1. With a measuring instrument, calculate two ounces of pisco, and add about to a glass.
  2. Then add one ounce of lemon juice, add ice cubes and let it take consistency.
  3. Then we add "Ginller ale", filling the glass halfway. To finish, just add a couple of drops of Angostura bitters and decorate with lemon wedges.

The Chilcano sour is a cocktail with a pleasant and refreshing taste.
