Recipe ingredients.

  • Homemade mayonnaise.
  • Ready-made or canned ketchup.
  • 200 grams of canned fish.
  • 70 grams of olives (green).
  • 1 unflavored gelatin (colapez). 
  • Sponge cakes.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Cut the olives and put them in a bowl.
  2. In the blender cup, add 50 grams of water and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise wrapped in a little Ketchup; and blend for 1 minute.
  3. When finished, add the gelatin and blend for 10 seconds.
  4. In a bowl add the olives, a little more mayonnaise, the tuna (bonito fish), and mix everything until it is a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Add the mixture in small glasses or in small molds as in the gelatin, and let it rest in the refrigerator well covered with a transparent plastic until they take body.
  6. Unmold them by placing them in sponge cakes and garnish them with a dot of ketchup or a tomato.
