Today we are going to prepare the recipe of "fish sauce", whose food is known in many gastronomies of the world and that the way of preparing it can vary depending on the place where you live. In this case, this dish has a delicious taste and can be accompanied by slices of fish. Today we are going to leave a procedure that is easy and fun to cook, let's see how to prepare it!

Recipe ingredients.

  • 500 grams of fish slices that can be frozen (you can use the fish called toyo).
  • A cup and a half of milk (fresh).
  • 2 whole eggs.
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
  • Half a tablespoon of nutmeg powder.
  • Salt to taste.
  •  ¼ teaspoon of white pepper.
  • One cup of natural cream or evaporated milk.

Ingredients for the sauce.

  • 1 tablespoon flour.
  • 1 tablespoon butter.
  • 1 ½ cups of fresh milk.
  • 1 ½ cups of fresh milk.
  • Pepper to taste.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Put in the blender the fish meat in squares, the fresh milk, the eggs, the cornstarch, the salt, the pepper and the nutmeg.
  2. Cover the blender and blend with all the speeds it has, until a homogeneous paste is formed.
  3. Then stop the blender and add the natural milk cream and blend for 2 minutes. And then, dress in a greased pancake mold and put it in a bain-marie covered for 1 hour.
  4. To know if it is ready, we introduce it with a stick and observe that it comes out clean, finally unmold it with a knife and serve.
  5. We can prepare a fruit juice to accompany this meal.

Recipe procedure (sauce).

  • Fry the flour in the butter, add the milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until it thickens.
  • Observe that the sauce forms a medium thick cream, and turn it off. Do not forget to taste the flavor, and season with spices if it lacks a flavor.
  • Serve with the first sauce prepared, and enjoy with the family.
