Recipe ingredients.

  • 500 grams of clean fish, scaled and without head.
  • 25 spoonfuls of tomato.

  • 8 eggs.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Pepper (white).
  • Carrot.
  • Butter to grease the mold.
  • Bread crumbs for sprinkling.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Cook the fish in salted water with the peeled vegetables. When the fish is ready, let it cool, remove the bones, crumble and set aside.
  2. In a bowl beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper and add the cream, the tomato sauce and the crumbled fish.
  3. Mix everything well and pour into a greased mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Let it cool before unmolding and serve with mayonnaise.
