Ingredients:

  • Small noodles.
  • ¼ of semolina.
  • Yellow potato, cut in half.
  • Fresh ground garlic (2 tablespoons).
  • One grated carrot.
  • Grated pumpkin.
  • Vegetable oil.
  • No moto chili.
  • Oregano.
  • 2 eggs.
  • Salt.

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. In a pot, add a small amount of oil and season it with the fresh garlic. With a spoon, move from one side to the other, until a good dressing is formed.
  2. Then, add the pumpkin and the carrot (these should be previously grated). In the same pot, add water and let it boil. When it starts to heat, add the semolina, and with the help of a spoon move it from one side to the other; without it sticking, add salt to taste, and enhance the flavor.
  3. After a foreseen time, add the noodles and the potatoes cut in half.
  4. Finally, let it cook at a normal temperature. But stirring with a spoon, so that it does not stick.
  5. And almost to finish, we add the eggs, and we spread it all over the surface of the soup, and turn off the stove.
  6. Season with oregano and aji no moto. Serve in soup bowls, and serve with lemon wedges.
  7. Enjoy a good soup!
