Delicious sauce to accompany meals.

Today, we are going to prepare a salad that is easy to prepare and has a pleasant taste. The way to prepare it is to make a mixture of chopped onion and chili peppers. This salad, serves to accompany every meal, and allows these to be more pleasant with good flavor. Among the meals that we can accompany are: tuna chicharrón, rice with chicken, duck beans, dried beef, and other foods.

Ingredients for the sauce.

  • One onion, cut into feathers and rinsed with water.
  • 2 chopped green chilies, without seeds or veins.
  • Lemon juice.
  • A teaspoon of chopped parsley.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Aji-no-moto, for flavor.

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. Wash each ingredient, and then chop the onion by the feather (as it is done for a ceviche).
  2. This chopped onion is rinsed with water, and left on it. This will be used for later.
  3. On a bowl, we add the onion (washed and chopped), then the chopped chilies and the lemon juice.
  4. Mix everything together and season with salt and aji-no-moto. With these, we will enhance the flavor, and our salad will be much better.
  5. It can be served with all kinds of food.

Note: The washing of the onion, serves so that the cut does not oxidize or is maltreated, in this way, we conserve in a fresh way all the chopped onion.
