Recipe ingredients:
- 8 - 10 fresh silverside fillets.
- Onion (chopped).
- Green and red peppers.
- Ground garlic.
- Fresh celery.
- Potatoes (cooked and mashed).
- 1 glass of white wine (optional).
- Olive oil.
- Salt to taste.

Recipe procedure.
- Cut the onion into small strips or for feather cut (like ceviche), peppers, celery, and garlic. Store in a glass bowl.
- Season everything with olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano and toss as you would a salad.
- In a deep tray, which can be made of glass, put a thin layer of mashed potato, then add the salad, cover with the fillets, add the salad again (repeat the procedure).
- Add a small glass of white wine (optional), cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven or at a moderate temperature.
- Bake for 30 minutes and consume.
- To accompany the salad you can prepare a fruit juice.

Note: This meal is prepared with the Pejerrey fish, a fish that is easy to find; although for certain locations it is difficult.
Definition of terms.
Silverside. A marine teleost fish of the suborder Acanthopterygians, edible, of small size, fusiform body, silvery and glistening in color, with two darker bands along each side, almost conical head, small fins, and forked tail, abundant in all Spanish coastal waters and in coastal lagoons, even brackish ones, and may enter rivers and come to live in fresh water.
