Recipe ingredients.

  • 1 cup of pascualina type pie crust.
  •  3 hake fillets.
  •  50 grams of butter.
  •  1 glass of white wine.
  •  1 tablespoon of flour.
  •  200 grams of milk cream.
  •  3 egg yolks.
  •  Salt to taste.
  •  Pepper.
  • Nutmeg.
  • Shrimps for decoration (optional).

Recipe procedure.

  1. Cook the fish with water, some vegetables and white wine for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and keep the broth, and in a saucepan put the butter, the flour, stirring continuously, and add a cup of fish broth.
  3. Leave for a few minutes over moderate heat and add the cream until it thickens. Then remove from the heat and add the egg yolks and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Mix with the boiled and crumbled fish, and in a bowl place the dough and make a filling. Finally, bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
