Recipe ingredients.
- 1 cup of pascualina type pie crust.
- 3 hake fillets.
- 50 grams of butter.
- 1 glass of white wine.
- 1 tablespoon of flour.
- 200 grams of milk cream.
- 3 egg yolks.
- Salt to taste.
- Pepper.
- Nutmeg.
- Shrimps for decoration (optional).

Recipe procedure.
- Cook the fish with water, some vegetables and white wine for 10 minutes.
- Drain and keep the broth, and in a saucepan put the butter, the flour, stirring continuously, and add a cup of fish broth.
- Leave for a few minutes over moderate heat and add the cream until it thickens. Then remove from the heat and add the egg yolks and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Mix with the boiled and crumbled fish, and in a bowl place the dough and make a filling. Finally, bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
