Mango Juice is one of the many juice alternatives that exist. Mango juice is one of the ways to prepare this incredible fruit, and to do it in a different way. But we can also consume it directly, and in time of hot seasons, adding ice, or also throughout the year for our favorite meals. The rich flavor of mango will be more than enough.

Jugo de mango (Peruvian recipes)

Ingredients for mango juice.

  • 4 medium fresh mangoes (cut in half).
  • 1 liter of water previously boiled.
  • Sugar to taste.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Peel each mango, and cut them in half; so that we can obtain the pulp of each fruit (for the ease of this, acquire mangoes that are in perfect condition, and in good season).
  2. Once our mangoes are ready, begin to wash each one, and cut them in a small way (the part that we have obtained from the pulp), making sure that it does not have any peel in its pulp.
  3. We smooth it, and we begin to add inside the blender glass, and next to it, we add: sugar to the taste or half cup of this, and finally the water until the surface of all the inputs. And blend until a single mixture is formed, and a consistent juice.
  4. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds at a time, and make sure that our juice has an orange color, as shown in the photo of this recipe.
  5. Strain, and serve in our pitcher, and accompany our favorite meals.

Note: The ice is useful for the hot seasons, and once the juice is prepared we add it to our preparation. Or simply use ice cubes instead of water, but keep in mind that the amount of juice will decrease, so you will have to use more water.
