  • Oil for frying.

  • Salt to taste.

Recipe procedure.

  1. In a saucepan melt the piece of butter over normal or moderate heat, and add the flour and cook stirring constantly with a wooden spoon so that no lumps are formed.

  6. Fry in abundant hot oil.
Note: Serve and garnish with the onion, lemon pieces and parsley.
