Ingredients:

  • 3 medium onions, fresh and peeled.
  • 5-8 fresh lemons, cut in half.
  • Salt to taste.

Recipe procedure.

  1. On a chopping board, choose the onions to be used, and begin to remove the skins they may contain.
  2. For the deposit of the peels, use an empty container, and keep this container for the leftovers.
  3. Begin to chop the onion, and do it in thin feather (this type of cut is used in the ceviche); and put it over a bowl where we are going to prepare our salad.
  4. Then; we squeeze each lemon and take out the juice, and this we use it in the maceration of our chopped onion (add all around the contour and surface).
  5. We season it, and add salt to taste.
  6. Once prepared our salad, we can accompany it in our diverse meals that we make later.
