Recipe ingredients.
- 1 cheetah of 1 ½ kg of dough and that is clean and flaked.
- 2 cups of fish broth.
- ½ cup of white wine.
- 3 chopped onions.
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander.
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- 1 tablespoon of ground chili bell pepper.
- 2 spoonfuls of yellow chili finally chopped.
- 1 spoonful of parboiled and shelled corn.
- Salt to taste.
- Pepper to taste.
Procedure of the recipe.
- The first step is to wash the ingredients that you will use to consume and ingest.
- Place the fish in a pan with the broth, white wine and pepper to taste.
- Cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is well cooked.
- After cooking the fish, remove and add it to a platter and keep warm.
- On another pan, heat oil over medium heat; and make a basic dressing: with aji amarillo, chopped aji, onion and coriander.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes, and finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the sauce over the fish and garnish with the parboiled corn kernels. If desired, serve with white rice, golden potatoes and lemon slices.
- It is recommended that you accompany this meal with some special fruit juice.
