  • 500 grams of chicken pulp meat (cut into squares).
  • 10 large lemons.
  • Chopped onion.
  • Seasoning or Aji-no-moto.
  • Salt to taste.

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. We choose the part of the pulp of the chicken; and we cut it in small dices.
  2. On a bowl we add the chicken, then we wash it and let it rest for a while.
  3. Chop the onion; and make the best possible cut and separate it in a separate bowl, for later use (follow this step, as it is important).
  4. On the bowl that we have chopped the chicken meat, we add the juice of the squeezed lemons, and we try to move it from one side to the other. With this, we will be able to cook the meat as if it were a ceviche.
  5. We let it rest for a moment, and then we add the seasonings; which will give flavor to the chicken ceviche. Finally, we taste the flavor in a hygienic way, and add the chopped onion.
  6. We can also add chopped cilantro and pieces of kion. Accompany this dish with a fruit juice, or something special like a Pisco sour.

Lemon juice is important.

Note: Each cut piece of chicken must be pulp, since the lemon will be responsible for cooking the ceviche.
