- 2-4 medium and well rounded onions to cut as a salad.

- Cumin to taste.
- Fresh ground garlic.
- Fresh Peruvian yellow chili bell pepper (optional).
- Fresh Peruvian red bell pepper (optional).
- Pepper to taste.
