Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of oil.
  • ½ cup of onion (chopped).
  • One teaspoon of garlic (minced).
  • Ground chili to taste.
  • 2 dozens of clean and cooked choros.
  • 2 French breads soaked in the water of the choros.
  • A cup of evaporated milk.
  • 6 yellow potatoes.
  • 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese (grated).
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs (cut in halves).

Recipe procedure.

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onion, garlic, chili, salt and pepper. When the dressing is well cooked, add the blended or strained bread.
  2. Simmer over low heat until it is ready. Add the choros, milk, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Serve on a platter, sprinkling with chopped parsley and hard-boiled egg slices.
