Ají de atún (Peruvian recipe)

Today we are going to prepare a typical Peruvian meal. A dish with local ingredients, and easy to prepare, besides being nutritious, it is a meal that allows us to vary our menu and with which we can share with family or friends. Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of oil.
  • 1 small onion, chopped.
  • 2 crushed garlic.
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 2 French breads
  • ½ cup of water.
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese.
  •  2 pickled chili peppers (fresh and cut in small pieces).

Recipe procedure.

  1. Soak the bread in the milk and water, then blend.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onion and the chili.
  3. When the dressing is cooked, add the liquefied bread, let it cook for a few more minutes, then add the tuna and the Parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve with potatoes, olives, hard-boiled egg and grained rice.

Note: Always serve with family and a fruit juice.
