  • Ají-no-moto or Umami seasoning.

  4. In an oval pan, or other container. We add oil and ground garlic, and we brown the stew. And consequently, the red and yellow chili (between 2-4 tablespoons), and brown for 10 seconds, and immediately add the fish from the bowl, and all its ingredients.
  5. Let it simmer, and season with Umami seasoning, and salt to taste (remember to taste the flavor).
