Ingredients for the Christmas chocolatada.

  • 2 bars of chocolate (may be cocoa).
  • White or blond sugar.
  • ½ k (500 g) of shredded chicken.
  • 10-15 fresh yolk breads.
  • 100 g (4 oz) of prepared mayonnaise.
  • 500 ml of evaporated or stable milk.

Recipe procedure.

  1. On a medium pot, heat water and let it boil (fill only half). In this way, we prepare the chocolate that is still in bars.
  2. After observing that the water reaches its boiling point, we add the complete tablets and break it into two pieces. And then we let it boil.
  3. We make sure that the water is hot and boiling, so we allow the milk to be added and dissolve everything until it reaches a dark cream color (as shown in the photo).
  4. With all this, we have prepared the chocolate to drink and accompany the turkey in the oven.
  5. For the chicken bread, we only need to boil the chicken in water and let it cook (when cooking the chicken meat, make sure the meat is only pulp). After cooking the chicken meat, we crumble it and mix it with the mayonnaise, so that we prepare it to incorporate it into each bread.
  6. With this, we have prepared a delicious bread with chicken and a Christmas chocolate. Serve it accompanied by bread with yolk, or if you prefer a "panetón" (but first add sugar to your chocolate).
Remember that the most important thing is to have a good time, and always smile.

Note: The Christmas chocolatada does not necessarily consist of the preparation of chocolate, but of an accompaniment with yolk bread and crumbled chicken (also called pulp) inside.
