Ingredients of the recipe.
- Vegetable meat
- Mashed potatoes.
- Vegetable oil or olive oil.
- Salt to taste.
- Chopped parsley.
Procedure of the recipe.
- Obtain natural meat from an establishment where they sell natural products or ingredients. It is recommended that the vegetable meat be prepared.
- It will take portions of vegetable meat and mold it in the form of hamburgers; and then, it is seasoned with salt and smeared with oil.
- Finally, bake until well cooked.
- Serve the cooked hamburger on a platter and add the mashed potatoes.
- Serve and pour the chopped parsley and serve on any occasion of the day.
