Chickpeas with spinach and hard-boiled egg

Ingredients for this recipe.

  • ½ kg of chickpeas.
  • 200 g of fresh spinach.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of oil or olive oil.
  • Salt to taste.

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. On a pot, put to boil or cook the chickpeas and after cooking, make a small dressing with oil (use between 1-tablespoons of oil).
  2. When we brown the chickpeas with oil, make it brown, and then save.
  3. In the same way; Make with spinach (repeat procedure 2 but this time with spinach).
  4. Finally, boil the eggs and then peel them; and add inside the chickpeas and spinach.
  5. Serve together and mix all these ingredients; until achieving a uniform meal.
Note. Use only between 1 – 2 tablespoons of oil when we brown our spinach and chickpeas; or preferably, use olive oil for this.
