Eggplant stuffed with baked cheese

Today we are going to prepare a recipe based on vegetables and that is very easy to prepare. The name of this recipe is called “Eggplant stuffed with baked cheese”, and it is a very special recipe because its ingredients can be easily found, and are bought at a reasonable price. Ingredients of the recipe.

  • 6 medium and fresh Aubergines.
  • 1 glass of oil or olive oil
  • 400 g of cheese
  • Chopped basil leaves.
  • Mushrooms in squares.
  • Salt to taste.

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. Clean and cut the Aubergine in a pan with boiling oil, drain them when they are well browned and season them with salt (you can use salt to taste).
  2. Extract the pulp of the eggplant and chop it; and put it to brown on a pan with oil and cheese.
  3. With procedure 2, it is possible to fill the Aubergines.
  4. After this, you will add some chopped basil leaves, and au gratin in the very hot oven.
  5. Serve immediately and accompany each meal that we are going to consume. Do not forget that you can accompany this salad with some fruit juice.

Note. Use healthy and fresh Aubergines; or strive to do it.
