Russian salad

Recipe prepared with vegetables.

As part of our mission to promote vegetarian recipes, today we want to present our recipe par excellence, and one of the recipes that very few know and is the “Russian salad”; Today’s preparation is easy to apply and only requires some homemade procedures and local ingredients. Let’s see how to prepare it!

Ingredients of the recipe.

  • ¼ kg of carrots.
  • Parboiled peas.
  • Mushrooms.
  • 4 cooked potatoes.
  • Mayonnaises prepared at home.
  • Peppers cut in small.
  • Fresh and medium olives.
  • Cooked eggs

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. The first step is to wash each ingredient that we are going to use and apply the correct hygiene rules.
  2. On a pot, boil the carrots (already cut) and green peas, and then add them in a large bowl.
  3. Do the same with the mushrooms, and store them in a bowl.
  4. Cut the parboiled potatoes into squares, and store them in a bowl.
  5. Finally, gather each ingredient in a large bowl, and mix all of these ingredients with mayonnaise; add also, cut olives, and eggs cooked in the form of small dice.
  6. Serve as a salad in every meal we have prepared, and consume with a special fruit juice.
Note. Use quality ingredients or ingredients that are fresh. It is recommended that you apply the rules of hygiene, and that you can gather as a family.
