Ingredients for this recipe.

  • 1 tender lettuce
  • 3 carrots tender and grated.
  • 1 medium onion
  • Medium olives
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 bunch of radishes.
  • Vegetable oil or replace with olive oil.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Lemon juice.

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. The first step is to wash each ingredient or food in the most appropriate way. And apply the rules of hygiene.
  2. Wash the leaves of the lettuce well and chop them.
  3. Wash and peel the pickle, carrots, radishes and onions; chop everything and mix with the lettuce (of procedure 2).
  4. Add the olives and proceed to prepare with oil, lemon juice and salt to taste.
