Today we are going to share a recipe to prepare a fruit juice made of fresh orange. The preparation of this fruit juice is very easy to make, and only requires a small time; and with local ingredients. This juice can be taken when you get out of bed, or in the mornings; and it can also be consumed as breakfast. Ingredients for this recipe.

  • 2 kg of oranges or 10 of these (these should be healthy and fresh).
  •  A fruit juicer (this will serve to squeeze the juice).

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. Have a plastic bag (this will serve to keep the leftovers after squeezing each orange), a jug where we can empty the juice and a container or bag.
  2. Once obtained this; we proceed to cut each orange in half and keep it on the container obtained previously.
  3. And with the help of the juicer we start to get all the juice that each orange can have.
  4. We keep it inside the jar and serve it over glasses to be able to taste. This juice can accompany you in all your daily routines and consequently after getting up (since it will be a contribution after the good breakfast that is given).
