Ingredients of the recipe.

  • 500 grams of chicken meat.
  • 10 Lemons large.
  • Chopped onion.
  • Seasoning or Ají-no-moto (brand of the product).
  • Salt.

Procedure of the recipe.

Time needed: 30 minutes.

  1. This is the procedure of the recipe. Follow the next steps.
  2. Cut the chicken.
  3. Cut the chicken meat in small (pieces). And squeeze the juice of all lemons.
  4. Add the lemon Juice.
  5. Add the lemon juice on chicken meat and let cook. And finally add the chopped onion.
  6. Season with salt and ajinomoto.
  7. Season with salt and Ají-no-moto to taste. and taste.Serve this meal with lettuce, potatoes and sweet potato (optional).
Note. Use quality ingredients and use chicken meat without bones.
