Homemade soy sauce is a condiment used in many of our recipes, mostly we usually buy it in stores, or super markets, but with this recipe we will give you the facility to create it at home, and with it you can save time and money.

Salsa de soya hecha en casa (Peruvian recipes).

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sodium-free beef bouillon.
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar.
  • 1 teaspoon dark molasses.
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger.
  • Pinch of black pepper.
  • A quarter teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • 1 cup of water.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a pan, and let it boil for 5 minutes or a little more, uncovered. Perform this process, until the sauce is consumed, and we can obtain half a cup. 
  2. Once cooked, pour into a jar with a lid, and keep in the refrigerator. Shake before using.
