Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs.
  • ½ cup flour.
  • ½ cup chicken broth.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.
  • Paprika cut in small squares.
  • Chopped Chinese onion.

Procedure of the recipe:

  1. Peel the onions, then core them, this process can be done with a spoon or knife. This will serve to add the filling. Once ready, set aside.
  2. In a pan with oil, fry the garlic, chopped onion and paprika.
  3. Then add the ground beef and continue frying. Taste the flavor, if something is missing, season to taste, and set aside.
  4. In another pan, fry the oil together with the Chinese onion, then add the flour and let it cook.
  5. Then add the chicken broth and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
