Anticucho de pescado (Peruvian recipes)

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized cojinova.
  • ½ cup vinegar.
  • 2 tablespoons of ground red chili bell pepper.
  •  Oil.
  •  Cumin, salt and pepper.

Recipe procedure:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl, then introduce the fish, leaving it to marinate for one hour.
  2. Then cut it into pieces of adequate size and thread three of them on sticks and cook them on the grill or grill pan. 
  3. It can be accompanied with ground chili sauce.
