Ají de pollo (Peruvian recipes).

Ingredients:

  • ¼ kg of onion.
  • 10 tablespoons of cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon of ground garlic.
  • ½ cup vegetable oil.
  • 4 walnuts.
  • Chicken meat.
  • Yellow chili peppers.
  • ½ kg of potatoes.
  • Milk.
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs.
  • 4 breadsticks.
  • Pepper.
  • Olives.
  • Salt.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Cook the chicken meat in a pot, and undo the 4 pánes, creating a cream with the bread.
  2. Clean the yellow chili peppers, and cut each one, removing the seeds.
  3. Blend the Ajíes Amarillos, add 250 ml of milk, chop the onion, and fry with ground garlic.
  4. Finally, blend all these ingredients in a blender.
  5. Mix the bread with the cream obtained previously, together with the chicken meat and cheese.
  6. Serve with eggs, potatoes, and olives (see recipe photo). Enjoy this meal with family and friends.
