Mayonnaise, or also called cream of mayonnaise, is a type of white whipped sauce, and one of the most used in the kitchens of the world. It is prepared to accompany different types of meals, and it is the favorite cream of many people; the way to prepare it is easy, and it consists of a general shake of ingredients that we find at home. In our country, mayonnaise is bought in packaged form, and few people prepare it. However, the homemade preparation usually gives us a very different result from the packaged recipe, and therefore a unique flavor, without forgetting that this preparation is part of a singular preparation!

Let's see how to prepare it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of squeezed lemon juice.
  • 125 ml vegetable oil.
  • 2 fresh eggs.
  • 1-2 teaspoons of salt.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Prepare our blender, and over the blender cup, add the two eggs, and season with salt to taste (make sure the amount of salt is the most appropriate).
  2. Then add ¼ cup of vegetable oil, half of the squeezed lemon and blend for 20 to 30 seconds until a "white mass" is formed (this is the characteristic of the cream).
  3. At that very moment test the taste of the cream, and improve the taste if something is missing. If we notice the presence of an insipid flavor, add more egg, and continue blending (make sure that the use of salt is the most appropriate).
  4. If everything is very well, add the content on a bowl, and serve in all the meals that we wish.
  5. Serve it among the main meals that our gastronomy can have!

Note: If some type of ingredient is missing, such as: spices, you can incorporate it; but taking into account the quantity to be used. The most common spices are: pepper, cumin and salt.
