Ingredients:

  • ½ kg of soybeans (in good condition).
  • 1 small quince cut in half.
  • 1 small pineapple peel.
  • Sugar to taste.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Soak the soybeans in water before cooking. This should be done a day before.
  2. Then we liquefy all the grains and we pass to form a concise and uniform liquefied. This should have a cream color; just like the photo of this recipe.
  3. And once this is obtained, we boil it in a pot, but adding water up to half of it (here we add the quince and the pineapple peel). It should not exceed more, since the final result will differ the flavor.
  4. Let it cook over normal heat, (it should boil between one to two times, and then we turn it off). To serve we only have to strain the organic remains that can be left.
  5. If we wish we let it cool, or serve it very hot (we also add sugar to taste). In addition, you can serve it with bread, and another ingredient such as: a fried egg. In every meal you make, do it with lots of love, and bring together the people you love the most.

Note: During the cooking of the soybeans (which are already liquefied); be attentive to the foam that comes out, so that the same preparation does not fall or spill over the pot. To do so, lower the volume of the fire and stir it with a long-handled spoon.
