Papaya Juice is a very important drink for our health, and the health of our whole family. It is one of the many ways to prepare this fruit, and to make it so special in our daily diet. It can be consumed directly, just as the plant gives it to us, and it can be accompanied to make a fruit salad, and in juice as in this recipe. For this preparation we only need ingredients such as water, sugar and a blender to blend it. Once prepared our juice, we can accompany it in our breakfast, and also in our favorite meals. There is no doubt that this fruit, like many others, are generous contributions to our health.

Ingredients.

  • A medium-sized papaya cut in half (fresh and of good texture).
  • ¼ of blonde or white sugar.
  • One liter of previously boiled water.

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. On our chopping board, arrange the papaya half and squeeze the peel and seeds. Cut the pulp into small pieces and reserve it in a bowl.
  2. We prepare our blender, add the papaya cut into pulp, sugar to taste, and finally water to the surface of all inputs (as far as the amount of ingredients).
  3. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until a concise juice is formed.
  4. Check the taste of our juice, and serve over a pitcher to accompany our favorite meals.

Note: When peeling the skin of the papaya, keep in mind that the seeds should also be removed. To do this, first remove the seeds that may exist inside the papaya, and then with the help of a knife, cut stoically the peel that contains it.
