Strawberry juice is another way to take advantage of the goodness that fruits have, and to squeeze all their nutritional value for the benefit of our organism. This fruit is consumed directly, and there are many ways to prepare it, where in each cooking it gives us a rich flavor. For the preparation in juice, we can use two types of solutions (this is water, or milk instead), the latter gives a very thick texture where we can consume it with ice cubes. But there is also the preparation in water, where it is the easiest way to do it (for this only water is included). In both cases, the most important thing is to use quality and healthy ingredients (remember that the water must be boiled before consumption).

Ingredients.

  • ½ kg of fresh and healthy strawberries.
  • 1 liter of boiled but cold water.
  • ½ cup sugar or to taste.


Recipe procedure.

  1. Wash the strawberries that we have obtained, and then squeeze the leaves that these have.
  2. If we wish, we can cut each one in half, and let it rest on a container or bowl (this must be very clean).
  3. Then, in our blender, we add all the strawberries, and we fill it with water up to the surface of the strawberries and the amount to where it has reached. And finally the ½ cup of sugar, or to taste.
  4. In this way; we allow the smoothie to be uniform, and it comes out perfect. We blend for a time of 30 to 60 seconds per blender (the speed of the blender should be increased).
  5. Once this is done, we can strain it and keep it in a pitcher to serve it in glasses and accompany it with our favorite meals.

Note: When you buy the strawberries, you should wash them perfectly, following the hygiene recommendations. In the same way, we do with the water; it must be boiled previously, before using it in our juice, (do not use the water that comes out of your pipe or from another place).
