Frutas de Yogurt (Peruvian recipes)


Ingredients:

  • One medium sized mango.
  • One medium sized apple.
  • 1 cup of yogurt (can be any flavor).

Recipe procedure.

  1. Wash all the fruits, and proceed to cut them (remove the seed).
  2. For the mango, we only have to remove the seed, but without peeling.
  3. Once everything is ready, proceed to boil with 1/4 cup of water with little sugar over medium heat. Finish by straining each fruit in a strainer and let it cool.
  4. Pour the pulp over a glass and add yogurt.
  5. Serve with cereals.

Note: You can add as many fruits as you prefer. We recommend you to integrate healthy and fresh fruits.
