Ingredients for the chicken stock.

  • 1 kg of tender hen meat (cut into medium sized pieces).
  • 2 Chinese onions cut into chiffonade.
  • ¼ kg (125 g) yellow potato (peeled and cut in half).
  • 1 small kion, cut into chiffonade.
  • 1 fresh celery, cut into small slices.
  • ½ kg (500 g) thin or thick noodles.
  • Umami seasoning
  • Oregano (purchased by the bag).
  • salt to taste.

Recipe procedure.

  1. In a saucepan, add half of the water and heat. Season with salt to taste.
  2. During the boiling process, add the chicken and the noodles, the cut celery and the yellow potatoes (they must be cut and washed).
  3. Cook over a medium heat and cover the pot. Don't forget to keep an eye on it from time to time.
  4. Once ready to be turned off, add the eggs and the chopped Kion to be cooked and served on the plates.
  5. Taste and season with oregano and serve in bowls (see recipe photo).
  6. Serve with chopped Chinese onion and a hen's egg on each plate.
