Recipe ingredients.

  • 250 grams of asparagus, fresh and cut in small circles.
  • A fresh pickle, and squeezed its seeds, and cut into small cubes.
  • Umami seasoning.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Olive oil (preferably), or common oil.
  • 4 to 5 eggs.

Recipe procedure.

  1. Wash each ingredient, and apply the rules of hygiene.
  2. Chop each asparagus in circles, or small dices; and store inside a medium container. Also, do the same with the marinade.
  3. On a medium bowl, add the 4 or 5 eggs and beat with a spoon. Beat well, until it takes consistency.
  4. Add the minced meat (from procedure one), and mix with the beaten egg, and let it take consistency.
  5. In an oval frying pan, and very hot; add olive oil (more or less half a cup), and add the mixture that we have formed, and the uniform mixture that we have achieved.
  6. Let it fry, and separate with a kitchen spatula, and let it drain.



Note: Serve with other food, such as parboiled rice.
