Ingredients of the recipe.

  • Two liters of fresh and cow's milk, or packaged.
  • One cup of natural yogurt.

Procedure of the recipe.

  1. Boil the milk and let it cool down (to test the temperature of the milk, put a finger and touch gently the surface of the milk, and feel the temperature).
  2. If it has a good temperature, add a cup of yogurt; put all this, in a plastic container, wrap in newspaper and a thick cloth.
  3. Wait for 6 hours, or a whole night to uncover. When you see that it has a very representative texture, put it inside the refrigerator and leave it there.
