Quick Tuna Salad

 Description of the recipe.

Yields 4 servings. Serving Size: 1/2 cup Preparation Tip: Serve on tomato slices or with lettuce and tomato. You can substitute leftover cooked chicken for the tuna (1 cup).

Ingredients.

  • - 1 can (4.5 ounces) low-sodium tuna, drained
  • - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • - 2 tablespoons of reduced fat mayonnaise
  • - 1 tablespoon of sweet and sour gherkin
  • - 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • - 1 small carrot, grated
  • - 1 boiled egg, cut into small pieces.

Instrucciones

1. En un tazón mediano, combine todos los ingredientes.

2. Mézclelos con un tenedor hasta que queden incorporados.

3. Refrigere hasta el momento de servir.
