Melon is a delicious fruit that is usually consumed in many ways and is prepared in different models. It is prepared as a dessert and is one of the fruits that can be accompanied for every moment. For juice preparation, a melon is used that is fresh, and has the necessary conditions to prepare it. The taste lies in the grinding of the melon and that its texture (pulp) is healthy and has no imperfection. Also, thanks to the consumption of this fruit we can benefit from a set of properties ranging from vitamins and proteins, whose nutritional content is very important to us. There is no doubt that the taste of this fruit will be a very rich drink to accompany in our favorite foods. Let’s see how to prepare it!

Ingredients for melon juice.

  • Half a melon cut in half and fresh.
  •  1/2 cup blonde or white sugar.
  •  Ice cubes (depending on the weather).

Recipe procedure.

  1. Peel the melon whole and squeeze the shell that contains it. Then set aside in a clean container.
  2.  Over our blender glass, add the half cup of sugar, and then the melon cut into little pieces.
  3.  Add water halfway, and start whisking to form a concise, uniform smoothie.
  4.  Once ready, strain the organic remains and serve in a jug. Then serve it in our favorite foods (as in the photo of this recipe).
Note: The amount of water that is added to grind the melon is a minimum amount that serves to easily grind the first smoothie. If you want more juice, use more water per liter to be prepared (for this use boiled water).
