Pavo al Horno (Baked turkey Peruvian)

  • 1 peeled turkey (approximately 18 lbs.)
  • 3 tbsp. of minced garlic.
  • 1 tsp. of pepper.
  • 1 tsp. of cumin.
  • 5,1 fluid oz. of white vinegar.
  • 3 tbsp. of butter (to spread).
  • 6,8 fluid oz. of coke (optional)
  • 2 tbsp. of soy sauce.
  • Salt.

Time needed: 3 hours and 30 minutes.

  1. Allow the maceration Juice.
  2. With a knife, make cuts over the body meat of the turkey to allow the maceration juice penetrate.
  3. Prepare the maceration juice.
