Ingredients of recipe.
- 250 grams of onion.
- 10 tablespoons of cheese.
- 1 tablespoon of garlic ground.
- ½ Cup vegetable oil.
- 4 nuts (this is optional).
- Chicken meat.
- “AjÃes Amarillos” (Yellow peppers.).
- 500 grams of Potatoes.
- Milk.
- 2 hard-boiled eggs.
- 4 Breads.
- Cumin.
- Salt.
Procedure.
- Cook the chicken meat on a pot, and undo the 4 loaves (create a cream with the bread).
- Clean the yellow peppers, and cut each one (squeeze the seeds).
- Liquefy the AjÃes Amarillo’s, add 250 ml of milk, chop the onion and fry them with garlic ground.
- Finally, liquefy all these ingredients in a blender.
- Mix the bread with the cream previously obtained. And also, the chicken meat and the cheese.
