Ingredients of recipe.

  • 250 grams of onion.
  • 10 tablespoons of cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic ground.
  • ½ Cup vegetable oil.
  • 4 nuts (this is optional).
  • Chicken meat.
  • “Ajíes Amarillos” (Yellow peppers.).
  • 500 grams of Potatoes.
  • Milk.
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs.
  • 4 Breads.
  • Cumin.
  • Salt.

Procedure.

  1. Cook the chicken meat on a pot, and undo the 4 loaves (create a cream with the bread).
  2. Clean the yellow peppers, and cut each one (squeeze the seeds).
  3. Liquefy the Ajíes Amarillo’s, add 250 ml of milk, chop the onion and fry them with garlic ground.
  4. Finally, liquefy all these ingredients in a blender.
  5. Mix the bread with the cream previously obtained. And also, the chicken meat and the cheese.
  6. Serve with eggs, potatoes and rice (see recipe photo). Enjoy this meal with family and friends.
